Responsibilities

Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for ordering spare parts in MED region with focus on Western Cluster region (Spain/Portugal/Cape Verde/France/Morocco/Senegal). Work closely with Service, Construction, Forecast & Planning, Quality, Transport, Sourcing and Procurement team, Finance etc., to manage end-to-end material flow and optimize supply chain.

Handling of internal purchase orders
Handling of order confirmations
Follow-up priority orders
Coordinate with Transport team and follow up ETA/deliveries and cost out initiatives
Follow-up on exceptions in the MRP on standar orders (BOPIN report)
Coordination/regular meetings with planners/schedulers (Service Teams)
Coordination with Regional and Global Procurement organization
Coordination/regular meetings with internal and external Warehouses to improve delivery performance
Coordination with Shared Delivery Center Teams to be supported on MED Region
Qualifications

Relevant educational background with a minimum of 5 years' experience on supply chain management
Language: Fluent French/English both oral and written. Other languages can be a plus
IT-skills MS-office, ERP-system SAP R/3 preferable
Logistic experience for North Africa countries (Morocco and Senegal)
