Activities

The PMS specialist is part of the Operations organization of the Energy Storage System (ESS) Division.

He/she is responsible for technical support, concerning PMS (Power Management System) subjects, pre-sales, projects, commissioning, and serial life.

As such, your missions are as follows:

● Assumes technical responsibility for project tendering activities concerning all subjects relating to the PMS, prior to the development of new projects to support the sales team in their missions.

● Is technically responsible for the creation and distribution of PMS calls for tenders to different suppliers and analyzes the technical-economic responses:

- Organize/participate in technical and commercial discussions with suppliers

- Leads negotiations in conjunction with the Purchasing department, customer engineering, Quality, the Project Manager

- Directs requests for offers with the Purchasing department and the Supply chain for each project

● Ensures technical interface with customer and development teams in the upstream phase of projects.

● Provides expertise to:

- Interfaces and data flows to the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) of the ESS or the existing one

- Interfaces with third-party control systems (TSO / DSO / Aggregator / EMS (Energy Management System))

- The choice of different versions / options of products according to the different project constraints / ESS applications

- Automation systems and algorithms

● Contributes to engineering programs and product management vision:

- Manage product datasheets

- Ensures technological monitoring of different suppliers
