We are looking for our :
Human Resources Manager
Based in France (Rueil-Malmaison), as member of the Management Committee of the Business Unit, she/he is responsible for the human performance through the optimization of the B.U. human resources and contribution to the achievement of the operational objectives.
The person in this role will be responsible for providing overall leadership and coordination of Human Resource functions for the Business Unit (7 international locations : USA, France, United Kingdom, Russia, China, Switzerland, South Korea, 260 employees) on a global level. He/she will develop and implement Human Resource strategy and programs focused on integrating entities into a united corporate culture. She/he will provide feedback and coaching to executive management team on issues related to Human Resources and will formalize policies as needed to maintain corporate culture as well as be legally compliant.
Main Accountabilities :
- Support on the human aspects the managers in the elaboration and implementation of the transformation plans within the Business Unit,
- Recommend and maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives (recruitment, staffing…) with a forward-looking vision of needs of roles, know-how and skills,
- Coordinate with operations, corporate functions and country HR to successfully develop the skills in resources of the BU’s employees and support the operational in the different processes: People Review, Training, Appraisal Interview, salary increase…
- Spread and adapt HR processes to the local cultural environment in connection with the geographic HR Director. Provide consultative support and counsel to employees and operations management to ensure clear communication and understanding of all international policies and guidelines,
- Works closely with managers and employees to improve teamwork, build morale, increase productivity and retention,
- Assures the establishment of the reportings in order to measure HR Performance (help to manage the SAP organizational structure and prepares SAP reports as required).
Profil recherché
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of related work experience is required in an international environment
English fluent.
Must be self-motivated, dynamic, creative team player, yet be able to work on own initiative.
Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
Agility, ability to adapt in a complex and fast changing environment
Must be willing to travel 30-40% of the time.
