VIE O&M ENGINEER (H/F)
Job description :
• Under the leadership of a RO Plant Manager, help to coordinate Operation or Maintenance and Process control activities
• Assists in monitoring, analyzing process parameters on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis,
• Assists in troubleshooting, monitoring and analyzing process, operations and maintenance parameters,
• Assists in applying general instructions for O&M in coordination with dept heads
• Help to coordinate with the laboratory teams
• Assists in following up, analysis
• Participates in analysis of failures
• Follows up implementation of QA/QC plan with laboratory staff,
• Participates in follow up plant specific KPI's
• Help to identify actions and checks the productivity by selecting performance and development indicators
• Coordination and involvement with the Operation & Maintenance and Process dept
• Promotes team involvement and participation
• Participates actively to the Quality-Safety-Environment approach of the plant
• Follows OMEGA processes
• Assist in preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Reports on important issues and prepares reports on a specific studies
Profil recherché
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (relevant disciplines like chemical, civil, etc)
Good technical know-how or willingness to build a career in the fields of Water treatment, Waste or Environment. Between 1 to 5 years of relevant experience (full-time or internships) in water treatment sector, waste sector, environment sector or related sector (e.g. energy, utilities, etc).
Fluent in English. Other regionally relevant business languages (French, Arabic, Hindi) not essential but an advantage.
Very good Knowledge of water, wastewater and sludge treatment process ( Dissolved Air Flotation, Sludge Treatment, Pressure filters, ) knowledge of Reverse Osmosis process big plus,
Knowledge of chemicals for water, wastewater and sludge treatment process
Knowledge of operation and maintenance methods for drinking water treatment plant
Familiar with laboratory analysis for drinking water and overall laboratory organization.
Knowledge of Quality-Safety-Environment principles at the O&M plant Good reporting skills MS OfficeAutoCadOutlook
