This position will be located in our Oragadam plant, Tamil Nadu, India.

The team leader will report to the General Manager of the affiliate.

The team leader is responsible for:

-        -  Safety at work

-       -   Equipment and maintenance

Missions:

Team Management :Spread the workload among the team (3 shifts planning)Ensure respect of Labor LawMake sure that Group safety standards are enforced within the plantMonitor validity of truck and crane permitsCommunicate to management safety accidents/incidents/dangerous situationsVerify that the work is properly carried outAssist workers in complex tasks

Operational Management :

·         Control quality of production and suggest productivity gains·         Organize different stages of production·         Ensure achievement of production in terms of volume (tonnage)·         Verify equipment consignment·         Carry out maintenance follow up of equipment·         Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities      Manage relationship with external providers: prevention plans, security protocols...·         Monitor orders and deliveries·         Ensure cleanliness within the plant·         Inform management about dysfunctions observed and actions carried out

Client relationship:

·         Take part in internal audits and prevention plan establishment
