To support its market leading position, SUEZ Recycling and Recovery NEWS is looking for a fulltime Service Desk & Logistics Employee for its ICT department.
An international position in which the successful candidate will travel to different locations in Belgium and occasionally to the Netherlands. The Service desk & logistics employee will report to the Manager Service Delivery, Logistics & User Hardware.
Activities
As a Service Desk & Logistics employee you will represent together with the team the first point of contact for the user community towards ICT
You will support end-users in Belgium and give them first line support via phone and on site
You are responsible to install hardware on site
You will take ownership of logistic tasks assigned by the Service Desk and you are responsible to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues
