The Boone Comenor Metalimpex Group, specialized in metallic waste recycling, is looking for a General Manager (M/F) for its subsidiaries Metalimpex Slovakia and Metpex CZ.

In your capacity of General Manager of the Slovakian and Czech subsidiaries, you are the guarantor of the economic, industrial and commercial performances of the sites (currently 6) you are in charge of in accordance with the standards and procedures of the Group.

The perimeter represents a global yearly turnover of € 25 million, corresponding to the recovery of 75.000 tons of metals. We operate in Slovakia and in the Czech Republic, for industrials (mainly manufacturers and sub-contractors for the automotive industry) for the management and recovery of their metallic scraps. Our end-customers, locally or over Europe, are iron and steel makers and foundries.

Your main missions are:

· Commercial Follow-up and Development
- To negotiate monthly the sales orders with the main customers
- To analyze the market environment and to offer development plans
- To ensure the strategic positioning and commercial development
- To strengthen our existing positions by being proactive in bringing to our customers innovative solutions

· Financial Control
- To elaborate, set up and respect the subsidiaries budgets according to the group's policy
- To be responsible for the results of the various entities (costs control, follow-up and development of the turnover, profitability, optimizing resources...)

· Organisation
- To optimize the technical and human means management
- To manage 40 staff members
- To ensure the respect of the Safety, Environment and Quality procedures
