The Rail AMMS Specialist should be a graduate engineer with at least 15 years of experience in operating asset management and maintenance systems in the rail sector.

Experience in South-East Asia, under foreign-funded projects is a plus.

The Rail AMMS Specialist will:
(i) Stir the dedicated AMMS team during the kick-off phase
(ii) Assess and clarify client's needs regarding the proposed management and maintenance system
(iii) Ensure consistency between the objectives of the proposed management and maintenance system and the available input data
(iv) Define a list of deliverables and set interim targets
