Senior Irrigation Engineers / Team Leaders – with experience in engineering, hydraulic structures, water regulation and works supervision aspects.

- Senior Water Resources Planners / Water Sector Specialists with experience in a wide range of water sector planning issues related to irrigation, flood management, rural and urban water supply and sanitation, water quality, waste treatment and environment in a context of IWRM.

- Senior Water Policy / Water Sector Institutional Experts with proven experience in water sector regulatory framework development, water policy, strategy, and development of water institutions for water management, water allocation and IMT. Sound knowledge and experience in IWRM and RBOs development.

- Senior Integrated Water Resources Management / River Basin Management Experts with sound knowledge and practical experience in IWRM and RBOs development and experienc! e in international river basin management.

- Flood Mitigation and/or Flood Protection Specialists with experience in river training works, mathematical modelling and flood forecasting.

- Irrigation management and O&M Specialists with experience in IMT, water allocation and management, Water Users Organisations, and related institutional development.

- Natural disaster Risk Management Specialists with experience in flood risk management and related institutional development for disaster management.

- Natural Resources Specialists / Environment specialists with proven experience in the water sector, water quality, natural resources economics in the context of IWRM investments.

Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years professional experience in developing countries and in SE Asia working with major donors such as Asian Development Bank, EU and World Bank.
