We recruit for our customer, leading company in the field of ENR which is developing strongly internationally, a "Project Finance Manager" in India to mount financing applications for the construction of wind farms in particular.
Your main missions will be:
• Treasury and Project Finance :
o Manage treasury in connection with the shareholders,
o Closing structuring and post-closing follow-up of financing files,
o Set up a project finance management function: management of draws, waivers in compliance with documentation, reporting, compliance, operational, legal and financial monitoring of projects for lenders and shareholders.
• Controlling, Accounting and Consolidation :
o Structure the operational management control function for all projects (control and monitoring of budgets, the activity of the various projects / legal entities),
o Guarantee the development and reliability of the company / consolidated reports to the shareholders respectively within the given deadlines,
o Preparation of the social and consolidated accounts of the projects,
o Validate the investment records and monitor the real profitability of the projects by analyzing the gaps with the expected profitability
• Taxation: managing the tax system in connection with the tax teams of the shareholders
Profil recherché
• Master Degree (Business School) with a specialization in project finance, you have at least 5 years of professional experience as CFO or Project Finance Officer.
• You have already worked in Asia, ideally in India.
• Fluent English. French is an additional asset.
• Autonomy, analytical and synthesis skills, editorial skills, rigor, leadership, are the qualities expected for the position.
