We recruit for our client, world leader in the environmental sector, a "Project Finance Manager” to work on large international EPC projects for waste treatment and waste water treatment in Middle East area.

The Project Finance Manager Middle East serves BOT/BOO/BOOT/PPP bids and tenders in the Middle East market, and supports the origination and execution of new transactions, including assistance in the preparation of proposals.

- Develops and maintains complex project finance models and conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis.
- Critically evaluates the content of models developed by external financial advisors or partners to protect compagny interests and to ensure the accuracy of the model
- Prepares presentations, project teasers, and information memoranda.
- Manages due diligence and documentation requirements during the finance execution process.
- Manages the engagement of financial advisors on transactions, and engage legal, insurance and technical advice particular to the project being developed.
- Works with and support the Project Manager, and bid and execution teams, in the execution of transactions from project kick-off to financial close.
- Provides advice to management on financing, tax and financial risk in the context of project opportunities requiring long term finance for infrastructure projects
- Involvement in business development initiatives, including producing content for proposals and undertaking research into clients, partners, suppliers and projects.
- Develops banking relationships in the region and sources competitive sources of debt and equity financing for projects in the region
