The Job
You will lead a team of multidisciplinary international experts dedicated to the photovoltaic solar industry, mainly focussing on technical consultancy to project developers, owners, lenders and investors. You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team of consultants, for developing, implementing and attaining the budget and for driving the long term development of the experts.

Responsibilities

People management
• Organise the team for optimal client satisfaction, and profitable and sustainable growth
• Allocate team resources for all projects (in collaboration with other teams within 3E)
• Anticipate and formulate staffing needs for the team, drive the recruitment process
• Assess the development needs of the team and the individual team members; take part in implementing effective training and coaching of the team members
• You report to the business unit manager Consultancy, and collaborate closely with other departments and internal services

Commercial development
• Drive and participate in business development in defining and deploying the sales strategy, selecting target markets and clients, and in scoping and pricing of services
• Manage the existing and new customer relationships through efficient account management Quality and service development
• Assume end responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of all provided output and services
• Manage the quality of existing services, by organising the optimization of methodology, reporting, communication and knowledge management
• Define and develop new services based on client needs, market evolutions and growing expertise of the consultancy and research team

Financial responsibility
• Develop the team budget, in cooperation with the management, business developers and international offices
• Decide on pricing and resource allocation of your projects, and overhead time spent
• Assume final responsibility of the financial results of the team
