"Référent métier" for industrial solutions water treatment H/F

We are looking for a Development Director – Industrial Solutions (M/F)    
The Development Director for Industrial Solution reports to Africa Near East Director, with whom he/she is working in close interaction in order to define the strategy for the Industrial Solutions Business Line.  
The Development Director is the privileged point of contact between Africa Near East and the Industrial Solutions Business Line in order to efficiently coordinate and define needs for specific expertise support.  

The scope of intervention is the overall business area Africa Near East; main missions will be as follows:
- Analyze market needs and contribute to adapt our offer:
• In close coordination with the Pole Business Development Department and the Strategy, Marketing, M&A Department for Industrial Solutions, analyze the market for Africa Near East, its segmentation (markets, key accounts, technologies). Set up market intelligence on business opportunities;
• Contribute to analyze the present state / competitors environment and its evolutions. Implement efficient competitor monitoring;
• Contribute to the analysis and optimization of our offer to match different market segment needs and anticipate needs evolution;

- Define our positioning offer:
• Packaging
• Price & design to cost
• Marketing

- Define key success factors in order to efficiently penetrate markets:
• Industrial Key account management in close interaction with the business line.
• Partnerships
• Resources & skills management
• Acquisition strategy
• In close relation with the Business Development Department and taking into consideration aforementioned analysis, define priority targets (countries and/or Key Accounts) and the appropriate business development action plan.
• Actively contribute to develop specific key industrial account management, in relation with the Business Line and DIPI (International Project Division)
• Define interactions and work organization with the Business line and, when applicable, with Group Supply Chain & Procurement Division for tender production, engineering, procurement and supply chain, for all E&P, O&M & Services projects
• Set up a communication plan for Industrial Solutions on Africa Near East, in collaboration with the Communication Divisions of the Business Unit and of the Business Line.  
• Define and follow up on business development strategy for key or priority projects in close coordination with the Business for the pole.

Profil recherché

Manager with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the water treatment industry applied to industrial clients.
Previous successful experiences in key account management are a must.
As a profit center manager, you developed excellent organization skills, especially for structuration for developing new activities / businesses.
English compulsory, French a plus.
