For our activity of Water Treatment solutions in Belgium (20M€ and 50 employees), we are looking for a Chief Operations Officer (M/W)

Under the responsibility of the Managing Director, part of the Executive Committee, his/her main responsibilities will be:

Contribute actively to the strategy definition of the Belgium entity and its implementation
Manage the Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning and Project Management activity (>10M€): 15 people dedicated on the construction of water treatment infrastructures for industrial and municipal clients
Manage the Services business (>10M€): 20 people in charge of assisting our customers in the Operations & Maintenance of their water facilities.
Comply with the Group Health and Safety Plan, by implementing policies, procedures, rules and bests practices
