The Process Licensing Business Unit is looking for Technical Proposal Engineers. Location: Rueil Malmaison - France.

Main missions

Based in Rueil-Malmaison, assigned to technology group your main missions are to draw up technical answers to tenders and to provide support to sales and marketing actions in your area.

Assigned to a Technologist Team manager, you will be involved into international projects in order to :
• Prepare technical proposals to answer to customers needs for new or revamped units.
• Determine performances, quantities of catalysts, operating conditions and the duration of cycles for our products and units.
• Realize a preliminary design of equipments and calculate investment and operating costs
• Assure/provide technical support to the sales managers to defend offers
• Analyze market demands and perspectives,develop an adhoc marketing tools
• Improve Axens offers including the feedbacks of operating units

This mission involves travels for international technical and commercial meetings.

Experience

Degree in chemical engineering (Master of sciences or equivalent). You have developed your experience (minimum of 5 years) within an engineering, licensing or catalyst supplier company within the refining, petrochemical or gas industry / or within chemical or bioethanol industries.

Following experiences are mostly appreciated:
• Customer relationships
• Design of standard equipment (pumps, compressors, drums, etc)
• Knowledge in simulation software as ProII or Aspen hysys
• An experience on bio or clean fuels projects would be a must

A fluent level of English is mandatory, other language(s) are appreciated.
