Our client is a specialist player in wind power in France, active in all phases of a project: development, financing, construction and operation.

The ambition of our client is to rapidly increase his portfolio of projects in France and Europe, primarily in wind power but also other renewable energies and be able to provide a full scope of related services including the execution of the “Turbine Supply Agreement”

You would like to increase and widening your expertise in Wind Farm project management within a unique profile company player in the market combining expertise of a developer and backed by a global wind energy industry group.

Your main responsibilities:

- Determine project scope of supply;
- Set in place project organization chart;
- Organize project cost control review and reforecasting;
- Define overall project schedule;
- Being the central point of contact between “Customer” and “OEM” and manage interface in all aspect related to material delivery;
- Define work packages;
- Order engineering services (if required);
- Order "hub & nacelle" (components, specials, date of delivery);
- Order "tower, blades, transformer etc." (components, specials, date of delivery);
- Order "logistic and crane" (from where to what site, components, specials, date of delivery);
- Order "Turbine installation team" (where and when);
- Prepare and coordinate section energizing phase with third parties (Grid, Telecom, BOP)
- Order "commissioning team" (staff, where and when);
- Manage "performance tests";
- Manage taking over procedure;
- Organize periodical meeting on site with stakeholders;
- Manage and solve non conformity;
- Manage claim if any;
- Prepare final “ as built” documentation;
- Prepare hand over to O&M.
- Close liaison is required with colleagues based internationally to ensure relationships are continuing to strengthen and information is flowing
