Mission :
Reporting to McPhy's After Sales Service Manager Group, you will carry out remote or on-site interventions as well as maintenance of hydrogen production equipment (electrolysers) and hydrogen refueling stations.
Main responsibilities :
- Manage all customer requests;
- Intervene remotely or on site for the after-sales service;
- Write up intervention reports;
- Proactively follow up on customer service tickets.
Main skills :
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of the After Sales Service;
- Set up the follow-up supports for the traceability of the after-sales service activities;
- Write the after-sales reports;
- Intervene on customer site for after-sales operations;
- Participate in the continuity of supply of the after-sales service supplies;
- Participate in the implementation of QSE documents (procedures, modus operandi...) related to the missions;
- Report incidents and weak signals;
- To make REX equipment to allow continuous improvement.
Your profile :
- Interest in Hydrogen Energy;
- Sense of customer service in oral and written form;
- Rigor and organizational skills;
- Versatility;
- Curiosity and ability to develop creativity;
- Autonomy;
- Communication skills both orally and in writing, from spelling to the elaboration of documents intended for clients;
- Sense of quality at all levels of the value chain.
Required knowledge :
- Technical training of HND/Bachelor level or equivalent;
- Technical English is mandatory;
- German or Italian are a plus.
Others :
- Full time position on permanent contract
- To be filled as soon as possible
- Remuneration according to experience
- Position based in Grenoble; in a first instance, occasional travel to our testing site in Drôme (45 min from Grenoble) is to be expected until the premises are moved end of 2022
- Travel to customer sites is expected, up to 60-80% of working time, in France and abroad (especially in Germany)
