The main focus of your research will be environmental economics applied to biodiversity and ecosystem services regarding regulatory context, scientific state-of-the-art methods and their practical implementation. Upcoming methods will be tested and further developed together with an industrial partner. Identification and quantification of ecosystem services will be a priority issue. You will have the unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of applied research in a multi-national context.
You have studied environmental sciences, environmental economics and/or industrial economics, preferably completed by a PhD. You have experience in methods for valuating environmental goods or impacts preferably in the field of biodiversity or ecosystem services.
Excellent knowledge of English and French (oral and written) is mandatory, German advantageous. Good writing skills are necessary as well as good ability to convey clear and efficient messages.
