La filiale française de BayWa r.e. est présente sur le marché français de l’éolien et du solaire. BayWa r.e. France conçoit, développe et exploite des centrales en partenariat avec les acteurs locaux. Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité sur le marché français, nous recherchons pour notre équipe un Chef de projet transformation digitale (H/F).
As a member of an international and operational team, you will be focused on supporting the implementation and expansion of digital resources for the French entity, while obtaining support on the Group level. The position is located preferably in Nantes, alternatively in Paris or Lyon.
- Support business evolution and digital transformation for the entire French team.
- Being the interface between local teams and the BayWa r.e. group in relation with all digital transformation topics.
- Developing a “digital mindset” within local teams by emphasizing the digital vision, mission and targets.
- Driving the digital strategy by regularly updating all stakeholders on process, milestones and delays.
- Develop deep understanding of the operational business to support the mapping of existing processes and implement efficient process based on digital tools (including respective and adaptable KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to cluster, analyze and process internal data.
- Understanding of flow diagrams and user case methodology and ability to read scripts, manipulation of simple database tables, and process data feeds to support software implementation initiatives.
- Turn data into insights for key business stakeholders by creating and updating tools reports (performance monitoring).
- Manage and challenge solution providers to obtain customized and adaptable solutions within defined timeline.
- Manage backlog of features to communicate developers’ future implementations and correction of software functionalities.
- Be the local main internal point of contact for advanced/ technical tracking issues and interact with users and projects across platforms
- Master’s degree in Computer or Engineering Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years’ experience interfacing with business customers, gathering requirements and gaining a deep dive understanding of key data.
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in Data Management and Business Intelligence in an agile environment.
- Strong interest in the topics of Data Transformation, Business Intelligence, User and Customer Experience.
- High expertise in Excel and the other Microsoft Office desktop applications. SQL and databases experience would be a plus.
- Independent and structured working methodology. Ability to efficiently multi-task, with proficient organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural team, team-oriented working attitude and strong communication skills.
- Excellent French and English communication skills both written and verbally. German language would be a plus.
