Then you've come to the right place; Freddy is looking for an experienced Health and Safety Engineer in Bretagne, France, for a major project in the offshore activity.

You will be responsible for :
• Driving engineering safety and relevant processes based on quality assurance approach by applying methodologies as such hazard analysis, risk assessment under European harmonized standards; fault tree analysis.
• Developping the safety, rescue and evacuation concept for the Offshore Substation against general windfarm set up
• Verifying the Offshore Substation's fire protection concept, and in doubt, seek consult from fire protection expert or French authorities
• Commenting and review installation and commissioning procedures with a focus on machine and plant safety
• Setting up an 'audit program' so that the manufacturer and its (sub-)contractors are audited, selected and qualified against industry best practice, legal and quality requirements, including on effective and documented follow-up actionsDevelop and apply a sound understanding of European harmonized standards and drive the verification of conformity to assure machine and plant safety
Providing constant H&S management support to the project site by assuring through regular meetings, walk-downs and reporting through the site team
