Your tasks:
• Identification and active approach of target customers to sell eno wind energy turbines (WTG) or purchase wind energy projects
• Lead negotiations of Turbine Supply Agreements with customers and their stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe, such as: engineering, construction, legal. Service and finance departments within eno
• project purchases and M&A transactions including the economic valuation in France, Sweden, Germany and other eno targets
• Negotiation and drafting of sales purchase agreements, supply, service and general transfer agreements
• Acquisition of new customers, reactivation and support of current customers
• Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics and/ or Engineering
• Several years of professional experience as Sales Manager in the wind energy industry would be desirable
• Advanced knowledge in economics and technology with good understanding of contract structures and relationship management
• Independent, structured and success-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, high customer orientation as well as a good intuition for clients needs
• Fundamental legal understanding and experience in structured works to handle complex issues in Due Diligence processes or project purchases
• fluent in English (both orally and in writing), excellent presentation skills as well being a team player with a trustworthy and customer centric behavior and business understanding
