This key Leadership role will be responsible for leading a team expert in Proposals, Engineering and Project Managers to support the commercial development and to commit with the Projects P&L in the entire European market. This market has expanded significantly with the creation of WTS and represents a global team of 200 regional colleagues supporting a revenue of about 100M.
This new European perimeter will be composed by: all the Project activities of any size including also France, UK and Benelux, the Anaerobic Digestion Center of Excellence and our Sludge Drying activities.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Work collaborative ES Sales, Products & Services and with CMSA Europe as well as with the Suez Groupe in Europe. Lead day-to-day issue resolution with respective matrix organization.
- Delivering projects on time and under budget, while exceeding our customers’ expectations while driving wing-to-wing ownership of the project, from bidding to delivering.
- Developing cost competitive and unique solutions for our customers - designed to represent WTS’ entire & combined portfolio with a lifecycle mindset (ensuring that design optimizes future operations and / or offers services opportunities around our installed base)
- Leading a team of in Commercial Engineering to develop world class competitive proposals
- Leading a team of Project Managers and Engineers to deliver projects on time and under budget
- Responsible for schedule and cost management of the projects
- Maintaining a suite of metrics for organization
- Developing/Coordinating Technical/Commercial/Project
- Management Training
- Lead/Coach/Mentor the team members while leading integration efforts in the region between the combined organizations.
- Strong Leadership Attributes around Integration, Change Management, Commitment, Ethics & Growth.
EH&S responsibility & leadership at project sites
- Incorporating Lessons Learned into future bids & working with various global COE’s to
- Coordinating with Sourcing and Supply Chain for delivery of the projects
- Simplifying the ITO and OTR processes and driving change & leading the respective teams to think differently given our combined offerings.
- Prioritize workloads coordinating with the Sales Leadership
- Along with Sales, ownership of Orders/Revenue and gross margin for Eastern and Western Europe
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical/Business Field or a minimum of 8 years of work experience in engineering, technical sales or project management for water treatment projects.
- Demonstrated leadership style showing capabilities to accelerate change, work in a rapidly changing environment and operate independently to deliver business results
- Commercial Terms and Conditions experience
- Strong influencing and team building skills

- Comfortable and proficient executive communication skills/ Clear and concise communicator
