The EU Center of Excellence (CoE) team for Client Assets Services is responsible for:
• Managing this Services portfolio through design, strategy and marketing of the offers
• Support growth in the regions thanks to dedicated business developers, commercial engineers and O&M experts

are looking for:
A Senior Engineer operations supports for O&M services development
based in Europe

Within the European Center of Excellence, we are looking for Engineer responsible for supporting the audits and due diligences for industrial O&M services contract as well as new offering capable to drive additional Services in line with the strategy of the CoE.

Key accountabilities:
• Perform audits and site assessments to support new O&M contracts due diligence, including:
• Identify process improvement opportunities and establish outline programs, benefits and ROI
• Identify the skill sets of the existing and/or required operation team. Establishing skill and time requirements
• Identify existing maintenance schemes and systems, highlight gaps and improvements
• Support Commercial Team for O&M contract quotation and propose Technical Added Value as a differentiator

• Support existing O&M contracts:
• Ensure the technical monitoring of the O&M active contract base and intervene if necessary in the resolution of malfunctions
• Propose and set up optimization axes during annual contract performance review

• Develop and implement management tools related to its area of expertise (audit questionnaire, starter kit, remote management, CMMS…)

• Operational support to the development of new services offerings:
• Asset Management Optimization consulting offering, guided by existing methodology and expert team
• Help identify InSight operational benefits and potential room for improvement with additional analysis capabilities.
