We are looking for a: Proposal Director – ES Service Europe- Based in Paris or Lyon

Job Purpose
• Is responsible for managing, coordinating and implementing winning proposals in consistency with strategy, commitments and goals of the Business Unit
• Proposals for Services projects (O&M, Industrial BOT...) and for middle size Design & Build Projects
• Makes the link with the Sales Directors
• Makes the link with the Proposal teams ES –Projects (Projects and CoE)

Main Accountabilities
• Establishes the KPIs in order to drive and steer the proposal teams
• Is responsible in terms of cost, quality, time and competitiveness for the proposal entrusted to him/her
• Defines the policy, processes and tools in order to harmonize and optimize the production of the Proposal Teams. Implement the tools and procedures, which can help to improve the professionalization and the skills of the proposal teams.
• Ensures compliance with procedures during the Proposal cycle
• Is accountable for the application of the processes, documentation and monitoring the decisions
• Guarantees the availability of proposal resources in quantity and qualitatively in Europe to respond to the need of ES-Service.
• Manages the workload of the teams
• Collaborates with the Project Proposal Manager and CoE Proposal Manager.
• Establishes, together with the “Proposal & Build” Director and the annual budget for the Proposal Teams.
• Contributes to the analyses “Win Loss”
• Is functional manager of the staff of the proposal teams integrated in France, UK and Benelux
Is direct manager for the other Proposal Staff
