SMART PLANT ENGINEER (H/F)The Smart Plant Engineer will define a solution’s roadmap linked to our markets evolution in the field of information systems and advanced supervision systems of Municipal and Industrial Water Treatment Plants. He will ensure the development of solutions combining information technologies with our expertise in water treatment. These new designs will take place thanks to internal and external partnerships, technological tests, in line with SUEZ global vision.The Smart Plant Engineer will have the following responsabilities :

Creation and Participation to Innovation projects of SUEZ
- Creation of Road Maps and of the Smart Innovation vision in Water Treatment Plants
- Contribution to the implementation of the global strategy in his field
- Definition, follow up and realization of Innovation projects in his field
- Realization and follow up of technological partnerships in the IT field
- Production or follow up of Innovation deliverables: Innovation, Assesment and Investment Mémos, Prototype’s Report, Product File
- Participation to process Innovation projects

Business Development and Projects Support
- Business Development Teams support for before sale’s presentations
- Project Teams support in his field for the elaboration of important offers
- Participation to the realization of commercial tools (presentation, brochure, kit, etc.) in coordination with the MKT and Communication Departments.
- Pricing of the developed solutions and study of the selling modes

Follow up of the Realizations - The Smart Engineer will accompany our teams for first references :
- PMI follow up of the project (Organization, Planning)
- Technical support for first realizations
- REX to improve the products or the offered solutions

Dissemination of the information
- Adapted internal technical communication
- External technical communication to stakeholders (Consultant Engineer, Congresses, etc.) in order to promote the solutions offered by SUEZ
- Internal training of the employees
- Realization of framework documents in his specialty field

Realization of tools : Under the responsibility of the EE & Smart Manager, the Smart Engineer, depending on the needs expressed by the BUs, may have to develop tools made available to the operational teams.

Technical Watch and IP
- Active technical watch in his field (congresses, technical exhibitions, supplier watch, etc.)
- Follow up of intellectual property subjects in his field
- Study of patents

Occasional travels of short or medium duration in France or in foreign countries (duration normally less than one week).
