Created in 1939, Degrémont is the international water treatment plant specialist and a subsidiary of SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT, As such, it is a key player in the field of sustainable development.
Degrémont designs and builds drinking water production plants, desalination facilities, wastewater treatment plants and sludge treatment facilities for local authorities, from the engineering stage to their commissioning. In addition, if its customers so wish, Degrémont can run the installations and provide all the services required for those to function correctly (spare parts, renovation, etc...).
The HR Coordinator will report operationally to the local Branch Manager and functionally to the Middle-East HR Manager.
The main duties of the HR Assistant include but are not limited to:
- Logistics: visa management for permanent & temporary staff, accommodation research, define working and living conditions for local & expatriate employees.
- Administration/ Information: Employment contract drafting, liaise with the accounting department with regards to payroll, HR report updating and SAP software implementation.
- Recruitment: job descriptions drafting, research and interviews of candidates, selection, salary negotiation, contracts drafting.
- HR process: training plan updating, salary/ people review leading.
Profile :
-Good communication skills written & oral
-fluent in English
-Responsibility, autonomy, technical knowledge
-organized
-computer literate with experience in Lotus, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, SAP.
