We are looking for a: Operations & Maintenance and Build Own & Operate Development Leader – Europe Services M/F, Based in Europe  

Main Responsibilities:
• Establish a community and mechanism for sharing best practice. Ensure that this best practice is captured centrally and accessible to ES Services people;
• Have an understanding of the North American ES Services Business and ensure best practice is in place in EU and NAM;
• Establish a knowledge network within the ES EU Organization and a familiarity with Suez WTS and Suez Organisations to address technical issues and opportunities;
• Co-ordinate with technical experts within the Global Business Function, CMS and other parts of ES to identify key areas of expertise, promote knowledge and access to solutions/best practice.
• To establish a system which can identify the performance (technical and commercial) of O&M and BOO contracts;
• Identify and report on O&M and BOO contracts renewal dates;
• Define new solutions for customers, by working with operations services and sales teams, to add new value to the WTS business and for our customers. This may include energy, water and environmental efficiency as well as cost saving initiatives;
• Identify, monitor and report on value capture opportunities within the ES EU Business;
• Capture, at an EU Global level, the value of improvement opportunities on O&M and BOO and be able to report and drive the relevant teams to achieve these improvements so that our business and customers can benefit;
• Play a key role in developing a global strategy for the improvement of existing water and wastewater processes within the ES Services Business;
• Understanding and promoting a campaign of awareness for operational excellence within Suez’s WTS Global Business;
• Work closely with relevant regional businesses and the HR department to identify a programme of technical training.

Profil recherché

• Degree and post-graduate qualification (any)

Experience required to do this role:
• At least 5 years in the water industry and services business
• Managing complexity associated with different teams, cultures and languages
• Knowledge of Operations and Maintenance services
• Knowledge of Build Own Operate services
