As Head of Legal, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing legal activities of the Landbell Group. You’ll have large autonomy in European and international projects, in a wide range of legal areas with a focus on environmental and IT services in relation with the teams and specialized external counsels. You’ll report directly to the management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
// Support the management on legal issues in designing and implementing the group strategy
// Secure the business by appropriate legal measures, procedures and guidelines
// Provide opinions and training to staff on legal issues
// Write and negotiate contracts
// Liaise with external legal counsels, as needed, for advice, litigations or corporate activities
// Perform ongoing legal watch on environmental and business law
The job is for a replacement from 01/11/2017 for a year. A prolongation as in-house legal is possible.
You are a natural team worker, looking for new challenges in a multicultural environment. You have a strong business focus and have several years of experience in a law firm or in-house in a legal team, ideally on international issues.
