Customer services expert in Azerbaijan H/F

SUEZ ENVIRONMENT supplies services and equipment essential to life and for the protection of the environment in the fields of WATER and WASTE MANAGEMENT and contributes to the sustainable development of its business and municipal clients.

SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT has signed with AZERSU, the state-owned company for water supply and sewage in Azerbaijan, a know-how transfer contract.
The contract, commenced on September 1, 2014 includes the presence of resident experts who will participate to this know-how transfer in their field of expertise. Along with experts in water supply and sanitation, an expert in customer services (metering, invoicing, customer care, call center debt recovery,) has to be provided from February 1st, 2015 to September 30st, 2016.

The expert will define the necessary training for AZERSU’s people involved in customer services activities, with both technical and HR departments of AZERSU, in relationship with the Training Department of SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT.
He will participate in the design and development of training kits in his field of expertise.
He will draw-up recommendations such as:  organizational changes, operational procedures, tools and information systems to implement.
He will support the AZERSU’s Know How Officers in the implementation of the operational training, making additional training in the field if necessary to improve skills and performance. He will follow up and assesses the outcomes of the know-how-transfer. He will assist in the elaboration of new operational procedures.

He will define the needs for technical assistance along and monitor the technical assistance missions.

Profil recherché

The expert must have a long, proven and recognized experience in all the components of customer services from metering to debt recovery, including the customer care and commercial non-revenue water.
He has to be fluent in English, a translator English-Azeri will be provided as much as necessary for the interactions with people in AZERSU.
He must have a good pedagogy and a strong conviction power to make his statements heard and applied.
He must have good oral and written capabilities.
