BURGEAP is looking or a Team leader in charge of a technical cooperation programme to promote investments in low carbon projects. The Team Leader shall be an international expert, with:

- A minimum experience of 10 years of the energy sector and in the development of Energy efficiency and/or Renewable energy projects

- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in international financial institutions’ financed project – implementing finance facilities or relevant (international) professional experience of implementing Energy Efficiency and/or small-scale Renewable Energy project and/or industrial upgrade investments in emerging markets

- A minimum experience of 5 years should be in developing countries, East Africa being an advantage.

- He or she shall have skills in communication, meeting management and workshop/training facilitation.

- Strong teaching abilities and organizational skills are mandatory

- He or she shall be able to manage a large team and to supervise tender procedures.

- He or she shall be posted in Nairobi, Kenya during the project period (20 months).

- Languages: High proficiency in English is mandatory
