Are you an experienced Project Manager with experience in civil and electrical works? Have you ever worked for a Wind turbine manufacturer? If yes, this job could be of interest for you!

Based in Reims (France), reporting to the Head of wind operations based in Germany, you will be part of a fast growing international company specialized in renewable energies (wind, solar and hydro).

As a Wind power plant construction project manager, you will be responsible for the successful completion of wind farm project construction, by coordinating and controlling suppliers who perform the construction on our behalf.

Responsibilities
• Following the wind farms construction phase
• Coordinate works with the different suppliers (wind turbine supplier, electrical and civil works supplier, ERDF, …)
• Limiting additional costs and delays
• Foreseeing and preventing issues before they arise / resolving existing issues
• Interacting with local authorities and land owners
• Representing Leonidas at the wind farm site during construction
• Reporting construction progress and possible issues to management
• If candidate has experience in balance of plant management, this could be a focus area for new projects

Travel : 40 to 70%, to wind farms in the northern half of France. Very occasionally to our headquarters in Germany.
