The company is an international organization specialized in property management and based in Monaco. The Construction & Maintenance Project Coordinator M/F will have the following missions:
• Plan and coordinate project scheduling in the field of construction, refurbishment and maintenance,
• Support the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings and conference calls,
• Take meeting minutes and action items during meetings and perform basic follow-up for the project team,
• Assists in development of presentations, manage translations,
• Manage RFI's, change orders and other related material with the contractors,
• Assist project team in managerial reporting.
The Construction & Maintenance Project Coordinator M/F will have the following requirements:
• Understanding of project goals, deadlines, and financial boundaries,
• Experience in resources allocation, benchmarking, scheduling project deadlines, and general coordination,
• Fluent French and English, Russian as an advantage,
• Understanding of construction and facility management,
• Accurate estimating and math skills,
• Personal leadership and precision.
