For our sales engineering department we are looking for a sales and customer oriented : Proposal Manager – Asia

 Based in Asia (Shangaï), the Proposal Manager will administer and coordinate the internal local proposal activities in accordance with policies, goals and objectives established by the Group. He will support the sales department in the development of the business and goals that cover offers (contractually, financially and technically) in order to forster our business in Asia.

Main Accountabilities

In this function you will be in charge of the preparation of offers (financial and technical) to our clients and participate to technical sales negotiations all over Asia. You will have continuous relations with engineering / project management departments for preparation and optimization of the offers.  

You will participate with the strategic marketing for definition and preparation of new offer concepts and content and will define and supervise the offers for all new applications.

You will supervise a team of 4 proposal engineers.
