We are looking for an Engineer of Development and Innovation (H/F)


He/she reports to the Development and Innovation Director

Mission:
Promote and lobbying Degrémont Solutions and Technologies to the Prescriptors (Engineering and Consultant Firms), Key accounts and Clients (Municipal and Industrial)
Assist the BU’s identifying the Key Clients, Consultants targets.

In collaboration with BU’s Business Developers:
- Identify and propose Projects adapted to our Technologies or Solutions.
- Work upstream identifying the stakeholder mapping of the key clients and projects.
- Participate in the Strategy of the projects in particular before the tender phase
- Elaborate strategic visions of the Markets or Regions

Organize “Roadshows” with Clients and Prescriptors to promote the Degrémont Solutions in collaboration with the BD of BU’s and the Technical Direction (HQ and BU)

Participate in Congress and Conferences (International or Local) to:
- Identify Market needs and evolutions
- Promote and benchmark our solutions and offers
- Identify new Technologies, Processes and Potential Partners
- Follow the evolution of standards and norms
- Share the feedback with internal stakeholders

Assist and attend the Cocotech representing some Regions or the World and Markets. Contribute to Communication and Marketing Plans around technologies, solutions and references.
Participate and Being active in International or Regional Water or Environmental Associations to facilitate the previous missions.
