We are looking for a HR International Apprentice – Pole Europe & CIS (M/F)

The holder of the position will report to the HR Manager of the Pole Europe & CIS and help him on a daily basis regarding every aspect of International HR Management. He/She will work in close relation with local HR Managers of the countries composing the Pole (Spain, Belgium, Italy, Czech Republic…).

The holder of the position will be in charge of:
- Recruitment: from writing up the job description to interviewing applicants
- Implementing all HR processes of Suez Environnement Treatment Solutions: drawing up the training forecast, deploying the Annual Development Interview campaign, participating in making the Salary Review and the People Review, deploying the Mid-Year Interview campaign
- Updating personnel data on SAP
- Carrying out of several HR reporting and controlling data present on the HRIS

The above assignments are non-exhaustive as other tasks could be assigned depending on the Pole’s HR needs.
