VP Sales EMEA H/F

Description du poste

Our client is a company focused in providing revenue assurance solutions for energy utilities, with more than 10 years of experience in the sector. They provide a complete solution to mitigate non-technical losses (energy fraud), through the use of machine learning techniques, geospatial technologies and intense process analysis. In order to expand EMEA, we are looking for a dynamic VP of Sales.As a member of the executive team, your primary responsibility is to lead a sales team to meet or exceed sales revenue, sales profitability and budgetary objectives. You will be responsible for the global sales organization (countries and regions) and your role involves strategic planning, managing people, selling, leveraging technology and improving processes. Your main tasks will include:

- Manage Sales Department employees and mentor sales executive development,
- Implement employee performance management programs,
- Hire a tem of high performance sales, with experience in selling SaaS to market utilities,
- Present strategies for implementation and achievement of goals,
- Assist complex sales negotiations, attending some important sales meetings and help close dales deals,
- Develop and oversee a sales training program for new and existing employees,
- Create high performing sales collateral,
- Discuss, evaluate, create new business models, new solutions, new products and new marketing approaches,
- Maintain relationship with the CXO's from utilities to help create opportunities and close deals,
- Develop documents and enforce sales policies, standard operating procedures and best practices.

Profil recherché

- You have at least 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, including 4 years of experience in a senior leadership role, working with C-level executives,
- You have a strong experience working with technology sales in utilities market,
- You are recognized for your outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skills,
- Expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, strategic planning and execution,
- Relationship executives network in several countries, specifically in the utilities market,
- Experience in selling enterprise SaaS and long sales cycle.
