Your primary job duties will be the daily operations (Operations & Maintenance phase) of in-situ soil remediation projects in the north of France. You will be part of the O&M department which takes care of:
- The day-to-day operations (O&M phase) of Soil Remediation Systems (SRS’s) and Soil Remediation Installations (SRI’s), both technical and environmental;
- Organising/implementing/reporting on technical activities in in-situ soil remediation projects, both concerning Soil Remediation Systems and Soil Remediation Installations;
- Advising/organising/implementing/reporting on optimisation opportunities in in-situ soil remediation projects, both concerning Soil Remediation Systems and Soil Remediation Installations;
- Monitoring the continuity in in-situ soil remediation projects concerning the objectives and other agreements;
- Design & Realisation of Soil Remediation Installations;
- Supporting the organisation in various aspects such as the implementation of Soil Remediation Systems;
- Sharing of knowledge and experience with the organisation.
-You have completed secondary education in an environmental or technical field and have at least three years relevant experience as field engineer/project assistant soil remediation or in maintaining installations in the petrochemical industry;
- You are (reasonably) fluent in both French and English;
- You have good communication skills;
- You have knowledge of and experience with MS Office;
- You can work both independently and as a team member;
- You are result-oriented;
- You are able to work systematically/pragmatically;
- You are able to perform project-based work, whereby your main priorities are service and customer satisfaction;
- You are preferably familiar with working in an ATEX environment and the safety and permit aspects that go with it;
- You have a great sense of responsibility and have a driving licence category B;
- You live in the vicinity of Rouen, region of our current projects;
- You are preferably open to working on projects outside of France.
